Terms and Conditions - End User License Agreement - Station Six AZ

All graphics are in jpg or png format in high resolution...usually but not limited to 300 dpi.

All graphics are suitable for use on 12 x 12,  8 ½ x 11 and smaller pages.

All graphic images are protected by copyright under U.S. & International copyright laws by Station Six AZ with all rights reserved.

By “purchasing” graphics or downloading “free” graphics from Station Six AZ, you agree that you are licensing these products for use and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

No refund will be given on downloadable graphic products once you have downloaded the product.  Please sample our “free” graphics as a quality check before purchasing.

Terms of Usage

All graphic images are for your personal use only.  They do not become your property. This license is non-transferrable.

YOU MAY:

1.  Use the graphics for personal:

            a.  Scrapbook layouts

            b.  Greeting Cards

            c.  Invitations

            d.  Posters

            e.  Creation of Gifts

            f.   Other similar items

2.  Only change the color, re-size, or crop the graphics as needed for your project.

3.  Use graphics for layouts submitted to scrapbooking or related web-sites only with credit given to Station Six AZ for the graphic design indicating our web-site www.stationsixaz.com.

4.  Use graphics on your personal web-site, blogs, etc provided you give credit for the graphic design to Station Six AZ indicating our web-site www.stationsixaz.com. Size of graphic is limited to 200 px (72 dpi)

YOU MAY NOT:

  1.  Make copies of these products other than for personal backup purposes.

  2.  Alter these graphics using electronic or other means for the purpose of claiming them as your own.

  3.  Take part of a graphic and add it to your graphic and call it your own.       

  4.  Sub-license, share, loan, rent, resell, distribute or give these graphics to others in their original or altered state by any means.

  5.  Use the product to make any other product for resale or distribution such as but not limited to:

            a.  Rubber Stamps

            b.  Embroidery Designs

            c.  Needlepoint Kits (Cross-stitch, etc.)

            d.  Software programs

            e.  Books or other printed material

            f.   Advertising material such as T-shirts, mugs, etc.

  6.  Use them in the creation of a web-site or any portion of a web-site except as indicated above.

  7.  Add them to your web-site for use, distribution or sharing by others on the internet or any other means.

  8.  Make these graphics into tubes, brushes, patterns or templates or any other format for distribution or resale.           

  9.  Upload graphics to any file sharing websites for any purpose.

10.  Print or have graphics printed for distribution or sale by any means.

11.  Use these graphics for commercial use without a commercial license and permission from Station Six AZ.

12.  Use graphics to create obscene, defamatory or immoral works.

13.  Use graphics in a way that is considered as pornographic, obscene, defamatory or libelous in nature.

Limited Liability and Warranty

Station Six AZ warrants that your graphics shall be free of defects for 30 days from the time of purchase.  If you detect a problem within 30 days, please contact us at manager@stationsixaz.com.

Station Six AZ is not responsible for ANY damages resulting from the use of these products.

Station Six AZ believes that we have adhered to copyright laws in regard to the design of our graphics.  If any legal action arises out of copyright infringement, Station Six AZ shall be indemnified and held harmless of any and all costs or damages that you or Station Six AZ incur.

Station Six AZ reserves the right to modify, update and change the terms listed above at any time with or without notice.  It is your responsibility to check for updates and changes.
