PURCHASING QUESTIONS

What kind of products do you sell?

            My scrapbooking graphic kits include background paper, embellishments, alphabets and/or words.  The graphics are in jpg or png format in a high resolution - usually but not limited to 300 dpi.  The backgrounds are 12x12 and suitable for use with an 8 ½ X 11 inch layout.  In most cases, the graphics can be enlarged and still look and print clearly.  

Do you sell any items that are actually shipped?

            Most items are currently only downloadable.   We may eventually have some “Kits” that will be put on CD and shipped.  These kits will be clearly identifiable in the “details” section of the product listing.

What is a downloadable product?

            It is a product that is in the form of a computer file.  In this case, a zip file. Upon purchase of the product, you will be able to download the zip file which includes all the elements in the “Kit” & a copy of the End User Terms & Conditions.  If you do not have access to a zip file extractor, such as WinZip, we have other solutions for delivery.

What is your Return Policy?

            Since the kits are downloadable, all sales are final.  Please download our “freebies” to check the quality of our products.

Is your site secure?

            Yes, as secure as any internet sight can be.  We use standard industry SSL encryption.  The personal information you enter is password protected.  We do not have access to your credit card information because all financial transactions are handled through PayPal.

How do I place an order?

            Just add an item to your “cart”.  You will be requested to register and your purchase will be transferred to Pay Pal.  After completing your transaction with PayPal, you will have access to the downloadable file.

What do I do if I'm having trouble ordering?

            Just e-mail us at manager@stationsixaz.com.  We will be glad to assist you.

How can I access my downloadable files again?

            Just e-mail us within 7 days of purchase and we will give you access to the file or e-mail one to you.

It is important for you to make a backup copy of your purchase.

What payment options are available?

            We only accept Pay Pal on the web-site.  Pay Pal accepts most credit cards.   You may make arrangements to pay by check by e-mailing us at manager@stationsixaz.com.  We will send you an invoice.  When your check clears, we will e-mail the product to you or give you access to a site for download.

How can I obtain coupon codes?

            Check our web-site often.  Coupons expire and new coupon offers are made available.  There are limitations and specifications for each Coupon Offer.   If you are registered to receive our e-mails, you will be notified of all Coupon Offers, Sales and New Products.  

Can I use more than one coupon code?

            You may use a valid coupon code for each kit you purchase, but only one code per kit.  There are limitations and specifications for each Coupon Offer. 

Do you do custom designs? 

            E-mail us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs or desires.

Do you sell wholesale?

            No, but under certain circumstances we could put together a quote for a specific design package.   We also have an affiliate program.  Click here to find out how you can make money or get free graphics using our affiliate program. 

Do you sell personal information to third parties?

            We do not nor will be ever give or sell information to third parties.

USAGE QUESTIONS

Can I alter or re-color your design?

            You may re-color, re-size or crop my designs for your personal use only.  You may not otherwise alter the design.   You are purchasing the use of the product, not the product.  Please read the Terms of End User License before purchasing.

Can I put my layouts/projects using your designs in online galleries or publications?

            Yes, but you must give credit to our designs using our web-site address www.stationsixaz.com.

May I share your products with my friends?

            No, they are yours only to use.  You may not in anyway distribute our graphics to others.   Please read the End User Terms & Conditions for details of usage.

Can I use your graphics for commercial project?

            No, they are for personal use only.  You may purchase a Commercial Use License.

Can I use your graphics for my personal web-site, blog or message board?

            You may e-mail us for permission.  If approved, your use would include designer credit and our web address.
